Mandoline Pro is $29/year. If it doesn't work out, we'd rather refund you than have you feel stuck with it.

If you bought Mandoline Pro within the last 14 days, we'll refund the full amount. No questions, no forms. Just ask.

Renewals

Annual renewals sneak up on everyone. If a renewal charge surprises you, request a refund within 14 days of the charge and we'll return it in full.

After 14 days

We don't prorate partial years. Instead, cancel anytime from your account page. You'll keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

What happens after a refund

Your account returns to the free tier (3 projects). Nothing you made is deleted: your projects stay in your account, and any slice images already hosted for your published emails stay online so old newsletters keep rendering.

How to request one

Email support@mandoline.tools from the address on your account (or just include it). Payments are handled by our merchant of record, so the refund goes back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
